V1 launches in one society only after at least three useful stores are ready: kirana, pharmacy, and one daily-needs shop.

No fake green ticks
Stock is green only after the merchant confirms it. If nobody replies, Loknira says usually in stock and keeps the risk visible.

A real purchase, at a real place
StepCoins are earned after a geofenced shop visit and counter payment. Steps alone are not the product.

There is no transaction commission in V1. The first milestone is repeat walk-purchases, not squeezing stores too early.

What if the shop is out of stock when I get there?+
Loknira only shows a green confirmed status after the merchant confirms. If a confirmed item still fails, the app suggests a substitute or nearby store, and the merchant trust score takes the hit.
Why bother walking when delivery is free in 10 min?+
Because it is not really free. You are paying more on average, paying with your sedentary hours, and quietly killing the shop on your own street. Loknira makes the cheap, healthy, local option easy.
Can I cheat the steps on a treadmill?+
No. Rewards are gated on geofenced QR scans at the shop counter. Steps are cross-checked against the GPS path. 10,000 steps in 2 minutes flags instantly.
What is a StepCoin actually worth?+
The current product rule is 100 StepCoins = ₹1 inside Loknira checkout. They are not externally cashable; that keeps the reward simple and inside the local commerce loop.
Is Loknira taking commission from shops?+
Not in the V1 pilot. The first job is proving repeat walk-purchases in one locality with a few reliable stores. Monetization comes only after the loop works.
